DMCA Policy

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Wingswatches.co was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Wingswatches.co will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers of others’ intellectual property rights.

5. Misuse of DMCA Policy

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
